Brenntag is seeking a qualified candidate to assist Market Managers across North America in driving profitable growth and alignment with Brenntag goals. The role emphasizes analyzing market trends, forecasting product demand, and coordinating activities across order fulfilment and transportation to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a science or business background, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and experience in marketing and pricing within the chemical distribution

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business; specialized courses covering target industries would be assets
• Presentation, communication, and negotiation skills an asset
• Marketing & pricing skills

Responsabilidades

• Assist Industry Market Manager on assigned group of suppliers on a North American basis
• Analyze market trends and prepare forecast of assigned products to achieve Specialties overall target for inventory turns
• Coordinate activities with IMM through order fulfilment and transportation cycle to meet inventory minimum and deadlines
• Work with sales management, product managers and business units on recommended price changes based on market intelligence
• Assist IMM with business units in creating product line strategies for select markets
• Support IMM with strategic relationships with key suppliers
• Provide technical support to sales, procurement, regulatory and operations teams
• Help in pricing support in all regional operating companies’ portfolio
• Support IMM collaboration with Regional Operating Companies and process improvements
