Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in specialty chemicals, materials science, distribution, or related industries.
• Strong product and market knowledge of Material Science applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, gain approval for, and execute Material Science category strategies.
• Lead supplier relationship management including negotiations and partnerships.
• Support sales teams with market intelligence and commercialization efforts.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and product management to optimize inventory and costs.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across departments to drive growth.
