Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Advanced Technologies Airborne Spectrum Dominance Product Line Supply Chain team. This onsite role supports Goleta or El Segundo, CA, focusing on delivering material strategy across fast-paced development programs.

You will liaise between Supply Chain and Program teams, execute the Material Program Strategy, and ensure flawless execution from design to contract closure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Production Control or Procurement.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and workflows.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Plan and execute sourcing decisions including Make/Buy decisions.
• Identify contract flow-downs and communicate terms to suppliers and customers.
• Generate and process SSOWs, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and supplier proposals.
• Drive purchase requisition generation and PO management, including MRP loads.
