Job summary

RTX, Collins Aerospace segment, seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management to own supplier management, FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance, and program material strategy. Lead IPTs, drive procurement and logistics, and ensure contract objectives are met.

The role requires extensive experience in procurement, contracts, production control, and financial execution, with DoD clearance and US citizenship. Onsite in Largo, FL or Marlborough, MA with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.
• Must obtain DoD security clearance and pass government investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supply chain proposal activities.
• Conduct pre-award Supplier Assessment (RESA).
• Manage IPT deliverables and procure material through testing and shipment.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and staffing.
• Lead material pricing, flow-down strategies, and program communications.
• Create Material Contract Briefs with Contracts and Program Office.
• Establish risk and opportunities with mitigation plans.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
