Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager to lead supply chain and program management for the AFS programs. You will develop material strategies, manage supplier risk, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations to ensure on-time execution.

This onsite role in California requires active DoD Secret clearance and strong leadership in IPT environments. The role emphasizes budget management, proposal support, and execution of material program plans across the product

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree optional.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to present to senior management.
• Experience in material forecasting and budgeting is preferred.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance is required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Advise SCM Lead and PMO on material strategies and supplier risk mitigation.
• Develop, coordinate and execute material strategies, supply chain objectives, and IPT involvement.
• Support proposal activities including basis of estimates to hit PTW targets.
• Develop and execute material program plans and sales forecasts for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations to align schedules using MRP.
