Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager to join the Tucson team, focusing on material planning, supplier coordination, and IPT leadership. The role requires strong communication across functions and a solid grasp of MRP processes within a matrixed organization.

You will lead cost- and schedule-related activities, drive material strategies, and participate in prime proposals, with onsite responsibility at the Tucson location. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with years of relevant work.
• Experience with MRP systems (SAP, PRISM, or KINAXIS).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Engage IPT leadership on material strategy execution.
• Translate customer and product requirements to suppliers and manage related risks.
• Review SCM metrics and support procurement planning.
• Lead budgets for buy parts and supply chain labor; support EAC.
• Develop Material Product Strategies and Plans; pursue MPM certification within 1 year.
