Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) within the Raytheon SMGBAD Product Line execution team in Tucson, AZ. This role requires basic knowledge of the material requirements planning (MRP) process and practical knowledge of project and material management. In this role you will learn and further develop your knowledge of manufacturing, material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organization. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of their own job function as well as with parties external to the organization and company. You will also have the opportunity to lead projects, budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution.
The role is onsite at a Tucson, AZ location. Relocation assistance is not available. The salary range for this role is $107,500 – $204,500 USD, which is a good‑faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
