Raytheon is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager (MPM) to support development programs within the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role is responsible for managing supply chain tasks in support of new business captures and executing material strategies post-contract award. As an MPM, you will act as the primary liaison between the Program, Engineering leads, and the Raytheon Supplier base, working to ensure material requirements are met for your assigned programs. These are typically early life‑cycle development programs where requirements are still being finalized and material strategies remain flexible. This role requires strong program management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage supplier relationships and EACs under contractual Earned Value Management (EVM). To succeed, you must be a self‑starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives while interfacing with all levels of internal management and supplier leadership.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
