ASCO Equipment in Sherman, Texas is seeking a Material Handling Sales Representative to build relationships with customers and determine equipment needs. The role focuses on increasing revenue via exceptional service, proactive market expansion, and profitable opportunities while aligning with ASCO's growth plan.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proven sales ability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales ability and strong customer relationships.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment; mechanically inclined.
• Effective written and spoken communication.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and organization.
• Proficient computer skills including G-suite and general business software.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities through sales calls within territory.
• Manage pre-planning, post call notes and follow-up actions using CRM.
• Educate customers on material handling equipment through presentations/demos.
• Provide problem resolution to address customers' needs.
• Generate objective-based proposals for material handling solutions.
• Adhere to safety rules and training.
• Represent ASCO professionally at all times.
