Job summary

G&W Electric is hiring a Material Handler II in Bolingbrook, IL. You will move materials between cells and the central warehouse, verify part numbers, and perform inventory transactions in the business system.

You will unload, store, and transport materials using PIT equipment, assist with cycle counts, and maintain a safe workspace while meeting production needs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification required and maintained.
• Experience with warehouse or material handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move materials between cells, departments, and central warehouse.
• Unload, identify, and store materials; perform inventory transactions.
• Operate hand truck and powered lift trucks; load/unload trailers.
• Fill orders from stock and deliver to designated cells.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and conformance with procedures.
• Train others in material handler tasks as needed.
