Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington in Silverdale is seeking a Material Handler to unload donations and move goods to production areas. This position supports a fast-paced warehouse environment and contributes to safe, organized operations on site.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalency preferred, but not required.
• No experience required.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from containers and move to production areas.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins for further processing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate cardboard compactors and assist with donor tallies.
• Assist with forklift operations when certified.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, including those with limited English skills.
• Uphold safety practices and report hazards.
