Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is seeking a Material Handler in Lynnwood to unload donations, move goods to production areas, and support a safe, efficient warehouse operation. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Pay rate ranges from $17.13 to $17.50 per hour with DOE; outdoor/warehouse setting, varying temperatures, and potential forklift duties when certified. 18+ years old and high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from containers and move goods to production areas.
• Sort donations into bins for processing and maintain donor tallies.
• Ensure a smooth flow of goods to the production floor and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate cardboard compactors and identify problems when certified to Seattle Goodwill standards.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers, including those with limited English skills.
