Spectra-Tech Manufacturing, Inc. in Batavia Township, OH, seeks a Material Handler for the Parts Cage area to stock incoming materials, conduct cycle counts, and pre-kit parts for SMT assemblies, ensuring accurate inventory and smooth production flow.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and two years in material handling. Hours are Mon-Thu 6:00am–3:15pm and Fri 6:00am–12:00pm, starting at $15.50/hour, plus a $500 hiring/retention bonus and a $100 monthly perfect attendance award.

High School Diploma or GED
Two years experience in a material handling position.
Work is performed in a climate controlled manufacturing environment with frequent contact with others. Job requires prolonged sitting, standing and frequent bending, stooping, and stretching, and lifting of materials.
This position may be filled by an applicant without meeting allqualifications with Ownership Group review and approval.
Knowledge of and skills in the use of counting equipment (counting scales and reel counters) and various component prepping machines.
Job functions will be performed in & around production, warehouse, and offices.
This position includes a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
