Spectra-Tech Manufacturing Inc. seeks a hand assembler to work on post-surface mount circuit boards, following detailed work instructions. You will read values, polarity and orientation of thru-hole components and verify part placements on PCBs, using BOMs and drawings.
Training is provided, with a focus on quality and accuracy. The position offers a $17.00/hr starting pay, eligibility for a $500 signing/retention bonus, a $100 monthly perfect attendance award, and Fridays off.

Hours: M-Th 4:30pm-3:15am
Starting Pay: $17.00/hr. and up based on experience

High School Diploma or GED
Prefer experience with production assembly process - Spectra-Tech will train as needed.
Work is performed in a climate controlled manufacturing environment with frequent contact with others. Job requires prolonged sitting, standing and frequent bending, stooping and stretching. Manual dexterity is crucial in the placement and handling of thru-hole components. Good eyesight is necessary for identifying components and there placement. Occasional light lifting will be required.
Training will be given in the use of production equipment.
This position requires a pre-employment background check and drug test.
