Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker in Florida. Eligible therapists can earn up to $85,500 per year, with an orientation stipend of $2,400.

Qualifications

• Must reside within Florida and hold a relevant state license or eligible licensure.
• Ability to document therapy services in EMR platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine mental health needs across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver individual and family therapy in-person with some telehealth options.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to clients and families.
