Job summary

DOCUmation, Inc. is seeking a Master Service Technician to cover Odessa/Midland, TX, performing maintenance and repair of office equipment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot and service Kyocera, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta and Riso copiers/printers, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with field service, sales and management to maximize uptime and value. Qualifications

• 5+ years in technician role preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in office equipment.
• Excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Able to plan, organize, and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment up-time through timely repair and training to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist development of AEs with technical assistance and knowledge sharing.
• Manage assets/resources to achieve targeted financial results and value for customers.
• Analyze customer needs, identify business opportunities, and influence sales growth.
• Communicate with customers, field service, sales, management, and admin in a courteous, professional manner.
• Complete all administrative tasks on-time and error-free.
• Provide accurate feedback with call-close information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings.
• Perform other activities that support DOCUmation and the service organization.
