Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manager, Integrated Business Planning to lead the monthly IBP for the business unit in Lake Forest, IL. You will coordinate cross-functional planning, align demand, supply, finance, and operations, and drive data-driven decision making at the executive level.

Responsibilities include governance, scenario planning, and continuous improvement of planning processes to boost revenue, margin, and service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in IBP, SOP, Supply Chain, Finance or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive decision making and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning process across the unit.
• Ensure alignment of strategic objectives and financial plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and others.
• Oversee demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory positions.
• Develop executive analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Drive improvement of planning tools, analytics, and governance.
