• Experience building and maintaining integrated master schedules with interdependencies.
• Ability to gather inputs from 15+ workstream leads and validate timelines.
• Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain the master schedule in Microsoft Project.
• Collect inputs from 15+ leads and track status, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, flag variances, and escalate risks to leadership.
• Create regular schedule reports and visualizations.
• Facilitate schedule reviews with workstream leads to assess impact of changes.
• Collaborate to resolve conflicts and keep critical path aligned.
• Support project management standards, templates, and processes.
• Communicate updates clearly to teams and stakeholders.
