Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, manage, and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for the AEGIS program, coordinating with PMs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on schedule integrity, risk assessment, and timely delivery of milestones.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Master Scheduler experience, proficiency in Microsoft Project, and strong communication skills to brief status updates to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Master Scheduler experience.
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance.
• Experience performing schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with databases and strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the T&S projects per the WBS.
• Update T&S project schedules in IPAS weekly and prepare schedule materials for the Government PM.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather milestones, dependencies, and constraints.
• Use scheduling tools to create, maintain, and align the master schedule with project objectives.
• Support the Lead Program Manager in coordinating internal and external teams to achieve milestones.
• Create, develop, and manage project plans and milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines and track status as needed.
• Apply risk management to scheduling and execution and identify risks to timelines and budget.
• Maintain technical documentation including enterprise, system, and network designs.
• Develop Implementation Plans and MOPs.
