Job summary

Briljent is seeking a Work Plan Analyst to build and maintain the integrated master schedule for a large, multi-workstream transformation program. You will coordinate inputs from 15+ workstream leads, monitor progress across releases, and escalate variances before they affect deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in project scheduling using Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project to build, update, and maintain an integrated master schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify schedule risks and dependencies.
• Experience supporting multi-wave or phased delivery and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops, updates, and maintains the integrated master schedule in Microsoft Project.
• Gathers inputs from 15+ workstream leads and tracks status, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitors progress, flags variances, and escalates risks to leadership.
• Generates schedule reports and visualizations for executives.
• Facilitates schedule reviews and coordinates with client counterparts on timelines.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve scheduling conflicts and enable timely decisions.
• Supports project management standards, templates, and processes.
• Maintains clear written communication on schedule updates, risks, and actions.
