Job summary

HPM is seeking a Schedule Manager to lead analysis and control of project schedules for major capital programs. You will develop master programs, monitor risk, and report status to project teams and clients.

You will collaborate with project management and controls to plan long-term support, build recovery schedules, and apply best practices using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management or control solutions experience on major projects and programs.
• Experience with Procore or other project management information systems is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and dashboard development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large capital projects.
• Provide support to project teams to manage owner schedules and reporting.
• Develop master program schedules and conduct detailed schedule analyses.
• Identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans related to schedule.
• Perform earned value analysis and monitoring of schedule progress.
