Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years as Master Scheduler.
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance.
• Experience performing schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication and briefing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage and communicate with technical and program management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program and WBS.
• Update schedules weekly and prepare materials for government review.
• Coordinate requirements, milestones, dependencies, and constraints for the master schedule.
• Utilize scheduling tools to create and maintain the master schedule aligned with objectives.
• Support leadership in coordinating internal and external teams to hit milestones.
• Create, develop, and manage project plans.
• Coordinate and establish project milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines.
• Track and brief project status as requested.
• Apply risk management practices to scheduling and execution.
• Identify scheduling shortfalls and risks to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture and design artifacts.
• Develop Implementation Plans and Procedures (MOPs).
