Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Flex hours to meet client scheduling needs and community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community with some telehealth options.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and school counselors to ensure care.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to clients, families, and professionals.
• Provide individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues.
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in client care.
