Chrysalis Health is seeking therapists to provide individual and family therapy to diverse populations in Florida. Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options for flexibility and client convenience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, LMFT, LMHC, or related field.
• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Ability to flex hours and provide services in client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Ability to document therapy services in an EMR platform.
• Compassionate, engaging, and a strong desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community; some telehealth available.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.
• Identify resources needed to support identified needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients and families.
• Provide individual and family therapy for psycho-social issues such as coping and stress.
• Maintain professionalism and compassionate patient care.

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
