Chrysalis Health in Florida is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker to provide individual and family therapy. Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options, offering flexibility for clients and therapists.

The role emphasizes licensure eligibility in Florida, diverse client populations, and a strong support network including supervision, mentorship, and career growth opportunities within a leading behavioral health team.

Formación

• Must reside in Florida and be eligible for Florida licensure (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT or intern).
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and community settings; some telehealth allowed.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and determine clients' mental health needs across ages and diagnoses.
• Deliver individual and family therapy; document progress and plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and school counselors to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure confidentiality.
