Chrysalis Health invites Master’s level therapists to join a team delivering in-person and telehealth behavioral health services in Florida. You will provide individual and family therapy across ages, with mentorship and support for licensure and professional growth.

The role offers a generous benefits package, orientation stipend of $2,400, and uncapped income potential within a client-focused practice that values diversity and clinical development.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs; services in client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Strong commitment to OPTimal work–life balance and self-care.
• Document therapy services in EMR platform.
• Backgrounds in Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services or related fields acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of clients across ages.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community; some telehealth options.
• Use evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school staff and other professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans with patients, families and other professionals.
• Provide individual and family therapy for psycho-social issues.
