Job summary

Chrysalis Health in Florida seeks a licensed or license-eligible mental health clinician to provide individual and family therapy across ages. Most sessions occur in-person with some telehealth options, offering flexible scheduling and a focus on professional development and supervision.

You will work with a supportive team, have access to a dedicated clinical manager, mentorship, and guaranteed caseload protection, while advancing your clinical career within a leading behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Eligible for Florida professional licensure (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) or intern status.
• Must reside within the State of Florida and be eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in community settings; no office visit required for admin tasks.
• Use evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and school counselors for optimal care.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources and services.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and professionals.
• Provide individual and family therapy for psycho-social issues.

Education
