Chrysalis Health is seeking a Masters level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to provide individual and family therapy to diverse clients in Florida. Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options, and new graduates are welcomed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or Counseling from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs across ages and diagnoses.
Document screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
Deliver therapy in community settings with some telehealth options.
Use evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
Identify resources to meet identified needs.
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other professionals.
