Job summary

Chrysalis Health, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to deliver individual and family therapy, with most sessions in person and some telehealth options.

Earn up to $85,500 per year based on experience, certifications, and secondary languages, plus a $2,400 orientation stipend. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Flex hours to meet client scheduling needs, and flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with a range of ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community; some telehealth options available.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Provide individual and family therapy for psycho-social issues.

Education

Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
