Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator for the West Bend, WI area. This direct-hire role features a first shift (6:00 AM–4:00 PM) with optional Saturday overtime during peak periods.

You will perform MIG/TIG/Arc welding on custom stampings and tool & die components, ensuring weld quality to ISO standards. A reliable attendance record and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hand welding, metal finishing, grinding, or shop fabrication is preferred.
• Reliable daily attendance and strong work ethic are essential.
• Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
• Must live within a 45-minute daily commute of West Bend, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) to join custom stampings and fixtures.
• Finish welds using grinders and deburring tools; prep surfaces for final finishing.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures and workstations; keep a clean 5S environment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and leverage OT opportunities.
