Qualifications

• Experience with hand welding, metal grinding, deburring or shop fabrication preferred.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and safety mindset.
• Ability to work within a 45-minute commute of West Bend, WI.
• US work authorization and onsite production role.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual MIG/TIG/ARC hand welding on custom stampings, dies, fixtures, and prototypes.
• Finish welds using grinders, sanders and deburring tools.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO-like standards and customer specs.
• Maintain welding fixtures, equipment and 5S shop organization.
• Support production goals with potential overtime.
