CareerNerds, LLC in West Bend, WI is seeking a hands-on Hand Welder & Metal Finisher for the 1st shift to weld, finish, and prep custom stampings, dies, fixtures, and prototypes.

The role offers a stable, on-site position with overtime opportunities, a clean 5S shop, and a family-owned culture backed by ISO 9001:2015 certification. Candidates must be reliable, commute within 45 minutes of West Bend, and be authorized to work in the United States; training is provided.

Competenze

• Experience with hand welding, metal finishing, grinding, or shop fabrication preferred (training available).
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-based environment.

Mansioni

• Perform manual hand welding to join metal stampings, fixtures, and prototypes.
• Finish welds and prepare surfaces using grinders and deburring tools.
• Inspect welds visually to meet ISO quality standards.
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures and shop tools.
• Support production goals with overtime during peak periods.
