Qualifications

• Experience with hand welding, grinding, deburring or general fabrication preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
• Excellent attendance record and safety mindset.
• Willingness to commute within 45 minutes of West Bend, WI and work 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) on custom stampings and fixtures.
• Finish welds with grinding, sanding, and deburring tools.
• Inspect welds and ensure compliance with ISO quality standards.
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures and workstations; keep 5S standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and overtime opportunities.
