Job summary

You will weld, finish, and polish custom metal stampings, laser-cut parts, and tool & die fixtures while maintaining fixtures and a clean workspace. The role offers OT opportunities and a direct-hire path.

The ideal candidate has welding/finishing experience or a mechanical aptitude and a willingness to train. U.S. work authorization is required and a 45-minute daily commute is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand welding and finishing of metal components.
• Reliable attendance and safety-conscious work ethic.
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow blueprints.
• Willingness to work on-site in West Bend, WI.

Responsibilities

• Execute hand welding to join custom stampings, dies and fixtures.
• Perform metal finishing, grinding, deburring, and surface prep.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO-like standards and customer specs.
• Maintain fixtures, tools, and a clean 5S workspace.
• Collaborate with team and supervisor to meet production goals.
