Job summary

Hire Consulting Services in West Bend, WI is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator to join a debt-free, family-owned metal stamping and custom finishing specialist on 1st shift.

You will perform MIG/TIG/Arc hand welding, grinding, and finish work, with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits. This is an on-site role within a tight-knit team with strong tenure and ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand welding, metal grinding, deburring or shop fabrication preferred, training available for motivated candidates.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and commitment to safety and quality are essential.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn new fabrication techniques.
• Must reside within 45-minute driving radius of West Bend, WI.

Responsibilities

• Execute hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) to join custom metal stampings, fixtures, prototypes, and laser-cut assemblies.
• Perform metal finishing and grinding to prep surfaces for final finishing.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Maintain fixtures and workstations; uphold 5S organization.
• Support production goals and take advantage of overtime when available.
