Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in West Bend, WI is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator for first shift. This direct-hire role focuses on hand welding, finishing, and precision grinding of custom tool, die, and stamping components.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand welding, metal grinding, deburring or shop fabrication preferred (training available)
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn fabrication techniques
• Must reside within 45 minutes of West Bend, WI
• US work authorization (citizen or green card) for 100% on-site role

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding to join custom stampings, dies, fixtures and prototypes
• Conduct metal finishing and grinding to smooth welds and prepare surfaces
• Inspect welds and assemblies for quality against ISO standards
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures, jigs and workstations
• Support production goals and take overtime when needed
