Job summary

Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is seeking a Master-level Technician to perform advanced maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles. You will diagnose complex issues, service diesel engines and hydraulic/electrical systems, and interact directly with customers to ensure high service standards.

The role requires experience with light, medium, and heavy trucks, plus welding/fabrication skills. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant field experience.
• Master ASE certification preferred and ongoing training.
• Must maintain ASE status and stay updated with fleet tech advances.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, major repairs, and diagnostics on fleet vehicles.
• Interact with customers professionally to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Repair and service diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Work on light to heavy vehicles, including trailers and equipment parts.
• Keep shop clean, follow safety rules, and manage vehicle history records.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and assist in on-site or roadside service.
