Job summary

Veit is seeking a Diver/Tender in Wisconsin to perform tending, diving, and standby diver work across diverse projects, including marine services and heavy construction. You will collaborate with crafts, operate small equipment, and maintain safety standards in dynamic environments.

The role requires a dive certificate, O2 administrator certification, CPR/First Aid, and a willingness to travel. Union position with benefits and long-term stability in a leading contractor.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Dive Certificate from accredited diving school.
• O2 Administrator, CPR, and First Aid/AED certifications.
• Ability to read and understand site plans.
• Able to travel as required.
• Must be willing to pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform tending, diving, and standby diver tasks per project requirements.
• Assist other craft workers as needed.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on equipment; report defects.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and bring concerns to supervision.
• Maintain a clean and secure job site and secure the area daily.
