Job summary

Braun Ambulances seeks a driven Master Data Manager to define, govern, and optimize the enterprise data framework across the organization. You will lead data ownership, governance policies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data quality and consistency across ERP and enabling platforms.

The role requires establishing data domains, driving standardization, and partnering with IT and business units to enable JBPCO system integrations and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in data management, governance, and MDM.
• ERP or enterprise systems integration experience.
• Experience in multi-entity / multi-site environments is preferred (manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the MDM strategy aligned to JBPCO standards.
• Establish data governance framework with policies, roles, and stewardship.
• Define data domains ownership (customer, vendor, product, assets, etc.).
• Lead data standards, naming conventions, and taxonomies across systems.
• Enable data harmonization across legacy systems and ERP platforms.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies and enterprise architecture.
