Job summary

You will balance hands-on technical work with leadership, collaborating with Data Engineering, BI, and business teams to design and govern scalable master data processes across multiple data domains.

The role requires 4+ years in MDM/data governance, a relevant degree, and preferred certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in master data management, data governance, or related enterprise data roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred but not required.
• Certifications in data management, governance, MDM platforms, or cloud platforms are highly valued.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions and governance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of scalable MDM solutions across enterprise systems.
• Mentor MDM developers, analysts, and data stewards to adopt best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, Agile teams to translate master data needs into governed solutions.
• Define data models, hierarchies, and validation rules supporting multiple data domains.
• Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement of MDM processes and controls.
