Job summary

Jazwares, LLC seeks a Director of Master Data Management to lead enterprise MDM strategy, governance, and execution across customer, vendor, product, financial, and employee data. The role collaborates with IT, Finance, Sales, Planning, and Brand to enable trusted data for analytics and transformation.

You will build and mentor a data team, own governance councils, and drive KPI reporting to executives while ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance and governance discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in master data management, data governance, or enterprise data strategy.
• 4+ years in leadership/people management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise MDM strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of data managers and analysts.
• Present data governance strategy, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Drive data quality and enterprise governance frameworks across domains.
