Job summary

Insight Global in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Master Data Manager to lead the enterprise-wide data strategy, strengthen data governance, and oversee master data management initiatives across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and consistent governance, establishing data stewards, driving data quality, and guiding migration and cleanup efforts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Career progression in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related disciplines.
• Direct experience with SAP ECC and SAP MDG; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration practices is preferred.
• Proven success cleaning customer and vendor master data for accuracy and governance.
• Experience leading enterprise data migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an enterprise data strategy aligned to long‑term business objectives.
• Design, evaluate, and enhance master data management (MDM) workflows with cross‑functional partners.
• Establish and guide function-based data stewards for governance and data ownership.
• Define, monitor, and improve quality, accuracy, and completeness of master and transactional data.
• Report on data quality adherence, identify exceptions, and drive remediation.
• Lead and mentor data management teams for strong execution and growth.
• Drive data cleanup and migration initiatives with highly governed datasets.
