You will build high-performing teams, oversee scheduling, trade contractor management, and drive strategic decisions to create competitive advantage while fostering an inclusive, development-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 20+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a field operations leadership or similar role
• OSHA 30-hour certified
• STS-C Certification
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the “Master Builder” advising teams on field execution topics from pre-sell through closeout
• Establish and monitor reporting requirements and accountability metrics for safety and quality
• Lead deployment of site services utilization across the BU/Division
• Ensure continuity and consistency in field process execution and adherence to baselines
• Act as Senior General Superintendent on troubled projects when needed
• Support staffing/resource management for field roles and grow client relationships
