Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Construction Executive to manage field operations on mega or multiple complex projects. You will lead teams, drive safety and quality, and coordinate staffing and logistics across the business unit.

You will partner with leadership to integrate sales strategies with project execution, mentor site staff, and uphold Gilbane’s values of integrity and teamwork. Missouri-based role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 20+ years in construction with 5+ years leading large/multiple projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certified; STS-C; First Aid/CPR/AED; Stop the Bleed training.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Master Builder advising teams on field execution and site utilization.
• Establishes reporting requirements and safety/quality metrics across units.
• Leads site services deployment and staffing coordination with leadership.
• Ensures continuity and consistency in field process execution and baselines.
• Partner with business development to align sales and client plans.
