Job summary

Gilbane is seeking a Construction Executive to lead field operations on multi-site megaprojects in Missouri. You will drive safety, scheduling, trade management, and site services while partnering with operations and development teams.

Requires 20+ years in construction with 5+ years in a lead role, a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management, OSHA 30, and relevant certifications. Gilbane offers strong compensation and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 20+ years in construction with 5+ years leading large projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certified; STS-C certification; First Aid/CPR/AED training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Master Builder advising teams from pre-sell through closeout on field execution, site utilization, scheduling, and trade contractor management.
• Establish and monitor reporting requirements and safety/quality metrics for all projects.
• Lead site services deployment and coordinate with BU leadership and enterprise teams.
• Ensure consistency in field process execution and project baselines.
• Coordinate staffing with Operations Manager and engage with subcontractors and local markets.
