Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Construction Executive to manage field operations for a mega or complex project, based in Cleveland, OH. You will lead with integrity, drive safety, and coordinate with BU leadership to optimize project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 20+ years of construction industry experience with field operations leadership.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and STS-C certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the “Master Builder” advising teams on field execution and scheduling.
• Establishes reporting requirements and accountability metrics for safety and quality.
• Leads deployment of site services utilization across projects in the BU/Division.
• Ensures continuity and consistency in field process execution.
• Acts as Senior General Superintendent on troubled projects when needed.
• Participates in Project Vitals, PFF, and health assessments with action plans.
