Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Construction Executive to manage field operations on mega or complex jobs within a Business Unit, driving safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will lead with an inclusive leadership style, align with enterprise strategies, and coach teams toward high performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, development of talent, and delivering projects safely and on time across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 20+ years of experience in the construction industry with 5+ years in lead role on large/multiple ground-up projects
• OSHA 30-hour certification
• STS-C Certification
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training

Responsibilities

• Serves as the 'Master Builder' advising teams from pre-sell through closeout on field execution topics
• Establishes and monitors reporting requirements and accountability metrics for jobsite safety and quality
• Leads deployment of site services utilization for projects in the BU/Division
• Ensures continuity and consistency in field management processes
• Coordinates staffing/resource management for field roles
• Supports business development and client relationships as needed
• Participates in Project Vitals / PFF and health assessments
