The Hanover Insurance Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a full-time exempt role. You will manage business development within an assigned Massachusetts territory by partnering with agents, appointing new ones, and driving profitable new accounts while supporting a territory strategy to exceed goals.

You will build trusted advisor relationships, execute agency plans, and push for continued growth through effective negotiations and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and proven sales track record.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with insurance/agency networks is a plus.
