Job summary

You will influence strategy, nurture agency relationships, and deliver results through effective coordination with senior sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience or applicable industry experience (claims, underwriting, etc.).
• Proven ability to cultivate and build effective business relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including formal and informal presentation skills.
• Strong consultative and negotiation skills; ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to comprehend carrier/agency reports/metrics and use data in conversations.
• Executive presence and ability to coach and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales results within assigned territory with management alignment.
• Achieve meaningful market share within winning agencies and maximize quote/win ratios.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to improve partners’ business performance.
• Execute agency account plans and monitor progress against plans.
• Proactively develop next steps when agency objectives are not met and adjust the plan accordingly.
• Meet agency appointment targets and provide Agent and CSR training as necessary.
