Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join its team in Plantation, FL. The attorney will manage a range of litigation duties including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation, in collaboration with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The role requires a JD and admission to a U.S. state bar, with experience in complex mass tort matters and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience with complex mass tort litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages evidence.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
